The following terms and conditions shall apply to the provision of medical reports and opinion by Dr Doger (Midland Pain Clinic). These terms will be the terms that apply and may only be amended by agreement in writing.

Dr Doger is not a Consultant Radiologist therefore has a working knowledge of radiological scans relevant to pain management. He therefore usually relies on his Consultant Radiology colleagues for detailed and in-depth analysis of the scans. If you have had a radiological examination which is not been reported to good standards; Dr Doger cannot be held legally liable for any omission or oversight on the part of the Consultant Radiologist while advising or treating the patient.

The appointment can be recorded by the client only with Dr Doger’s consent. The expert reserves the right to cancel his clinical report should any part of the interview be recorded (audio or video) or reproduced without his consent. The patient shall still pay the consultant for his report and any other associated expenses in full.

All fees to be paid in advance; appointments will be confirmed on receipt of payment.

Most patients require upto 30-minute initial appointments; kindly inform us at the time of booking if you would require a up to 60 minute / longer consultation.

• Cancellation admin charges apply (£50 at more than 48 hours’ notice).
• Cancellations at less than 48-hour notice will be chargeable at 50% of the fee.
• Cancellations at less than 24-hour notice will be non-refundable.
• Non-Attendance / DID NOT ATTEND (DNA) is fully chargeable (£235 new appointment / £135 follow up appointment).
