Lumbar Epidural Injection

Contrary to popular belief there are different types of epidural injections.

The type of injection that is likely to be useful for you is subject to clinical assessment.

If you have pain only in one leg then a selective nerve root block is likely to be more beneficial.

These injections would involve administration of a suitable contrast media under X-Ray guidance therefore kindly let the team know if you are allergic to any contrast media or Iodine.
